NURSING PROGRAM DIRECTOR - Dissociative Disorders Program

Twenty-four hour responsibility and accountability for providing overall nursing leadership and management for designated patient care unit. Promotes excellent nursing care, and cost-effective use of material and human resources. With staff development specialists, provides staff with opportunities for professional growth and development. With program management team, develops goals and objectives which enhance patient-focused care.

At the Dissociative Disorders and Trauma Program, we provide a comprehensive range of services for adults who suffer from the effects of childhood abuse or other painful traumatic events.

Our staff is particularly attuned to the needs of our patient population and has extensive experience working with individuals who have presented with such conditions as depression, post-traumatic stress and personality disorders.


Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Master's degree in Psychiatric Nursing or Nursing Business Administration. In-house candidates will be considered who have B.S.N. preparation who are currently enrolled or are planning to begin part-time M.S.N. studies within the current academic year.

Currently licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse


18 months experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting,

3 years experience in a psychiatric setting.
