Clinical Coordinator Responsibilities include:
- Manages scheduling for clinical staff
- Verifies payroll and manages PTO requests for clinical staff
- Consults with Wellness Director daily about resident status, occupancy, staffing, and other relevant issues.
- Will be required to work the floor as a caregiver as needed to assist in resident care and third party staff elimination.
Qualifications:
- Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) OR Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Required High School Diploma
