Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Float PoolAurora Health Care’s Clinical Staffing Services (Regional Float Pool) is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to float to at least 4 hospitals in the Greater Milwaukee Area. Sites may include:
- Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center
- Aurora West Allis Medical Center
- Aurora Sinai Medical Center
- Aurora St. Luke’s South Shore
- Great Pay – Competitive base pay plus $5.00/hour extra for floating to 4 or more sites within your region. Our shift differentials (2nd shift, 3rd shift and Weekend Shift) are also quite nice!
- Variety – Work in many different types of unit with varying patient populations

- Nurse Aide in good standing on the WI Registry
- At least 2 years of Hospital CNA experience
- BLS Certification must be obtained while in orientation
- HSED, GED or High School Diploma
