Tackle Kids is a transformative mentoring program for young men. Its founders are two accomplished professionals with deep community ties who help boys design and nurture their 'goals tacklebox' while fishing, thus Tackle Kids. The initiative started in 2020 but shut down because of COVID. We now are looking for a person to move our mission and vision forward. This person will work with the two founders to build the non-profit’s infrastructure by executing on objectives outlined in our regular meetings. We are the presenters at our workshops, and you are the organizer of our workshops. THIS IS A SHORT TERM PROJECT AND POSSIBLY A FLEXIBLE PART TIME ROLE ONCE THE PROGRAM IS OPERATIONAL.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all non-profit administrative duties.
• Locate, recommend and secure the most suitable workshop sites.
• Create, update, manage and market our metrics.
• Support founders in the development and implementation of philanthropic strategies.

Basic Qualifications:

• Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and track record of exceeding expectations
• Fast learner, intellectually curious, independent thinker
• Organized, computer-savvy person with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong and effective oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualification:

• Non-profit start-up guru
• Internet search maniac (If you can’t find it, no one can)

Required Education:

• Four Year Degree or equivalent experience

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
