Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Driving a 16 FT box truck for local pickup and delivery.
- Utilizing a GPS system and maintaining a daily manifest.
- Complete delivery reports at the end of each day.
- Loading and unloading clothing.
- Complete daily DOT checklist and follow strict safety requirements.
- Continuous effective communication with dispatchers.
- Establish rapport with donors and partners.
Skills required:
- Capable of lifting, pulling, or pushing 50 lbs.
- Ability to read maps and use a GPS system.
- Ability to communicate clearly with dispatchers.
- Demonstrate a professional manner.
- Must maintain good attendance and punctuality.
Requirements:
- Clean driving record.
- Must be 21 years old and above.
- Pass drug, background check and a DOT physical.
- Minimum of 2-years of driving experience with a 16 FT box or a similar truck.
Job Type: Full-time
We are also looking for partime weekend help for Friday and Saturday shifts.
We provide reusable and disposable gloves, sanitizing spray, and hand sanitizer.
