Janitor/Cleaner (Floater)

The cleaner is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the designated space. This requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure the company standards are correctly maintained.

Location: Arlington, Irving, Lancaster, Grand Prairie

Schedule: MON-FRI Weekend availability 20 hours per week minimum. 6:00pm to 10:00pm hours WILL fluctuate.

Pay: $15.00hr plus mile reimbursement / Weekly Pay / Permanent Position

Job Description:

Note: Responsibilities may vary depending on the building and account.

• Sweep and mop floors.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas.
• Clean all surfaces.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Clean all glass and mirrors.
• Dust all areas high and low.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Able to drive between locations.
• Required: Cleaning Experience, Floor and carpet cleaning, Housekeeping.
• Required: Driver License.
