Job description

• Greet guests upon arrival and check them in/out of the hotel, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately
• Balance daily revenue and expense transactions, including cashier’s checks, credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of payment
• Prepare daily reports for management review, such as occupancy statistics, room rates, housekeeping status, etc.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service
• Ensure that all safety and security procedures are followed at all times
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
• Maintain an organized work area and ensure that all supplies are stocked and ready for use
• Assist with night audit duties, such as reconciling accounts receivable, posting charges, and verifying accuracy of billing information
• Process payments from customers, including cash, credit card, and check transactions
• Follow up on any discrepancies or issues identified during the night audit process
• Update and maintain guest profiles in the property management system
• Perform nightly closing procedures, such as locking doors, setting alarms, and securing valuables

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
