Shaner and Buffalo Marriott HARBORCENTER are seeking a part-time Night Auditor to provide warm, friendly service with a genuine smile and pleasant attitude. We look for staff who are willing to learn and who seek opportunities to grow. Prior customer service and hospitality experience is helpful, but not required.

The Night Auditor assists the guests with checking in or out of the hotel, distributes guest folios and manages reservations over the phone. They provide external and internal guests with high quality service attention, exceeding expectations while applying Shaner and Marriott policies and procedures. The Night Auditor prepares the reports to close each days' business. They may also assist the guests with carrying luggage or bringing essentials to the guests' rooms. Our Front Office team strive to make the guests' experience exemplary, making the guests feel that they have stayed in the friendliest hotel ever. Work shifts are from 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM, including holidays.
