WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a New Home Sales Specialist to join our team to represent one of our builder clients on-site. Our business is growing quickly and we need a sales pro to handle a high volume of builder business as well as grow their traditional brokerage business.
The ideal candidate must be driven, aggressive, competitive and focused on building the relationships that will last a lifetime. Are you driven for sales? Then we must speak with you today! This individual may experience growth and leadership opportunities!
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals
- Establish and maintain relationships with key contacts in the community
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain standard sales office hours but understand flexibility to meet customer schedules is a priority
- Prospect, market, and promote new business
- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
- Understand the home loan process
- Present New Home Builder clients’ homes in a knowledgeable and professional manner
- Understand the homebuilding process, and be able to educate prospects on what to expect throughout the building process
- Immerse self in community information and trends, including schools, utilities, tax information, recreational areas, shopping areas, etc. along with any other additional information requested by New Home Builder clients
- Work with all clients to understand and identify their desires and find the perfect home to meet their needs
- Utilize training materials to stay consistent with our New Home Sales process, and continuously strive to improve sales interactions
- Call all Buyers under contract and/or their Agents at least once a week to maintain customer rapport
- Respond to phone calls and e-mails between team members and clients within 24 hours
- Excellent and effective communication with customers and team members
- Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize
Qualifications
- Enjoys talking on the phone and can convert Buyer inquiries into appointments
- Self- motivated and self sufficient
- Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
- A true professional, who supports the entire team in achieving their goals
- Always has a professional demeanor
- Strong ability to communicate through both forms of oral and written communication
- Quick learner who is technologically savvy and able to learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing technologies
- Ability to work weekends, evenings & some holidays
- Proven closing/negotiation skills
- Great listening skills & creative problem solving with the ability to find the root cause, as well as a solution
- A proven background in prospecting
- Proactive follow up with prospective Buyers
- Previous new homes sales experience preferred
- An ability to bring energy & enthusiasm to the New Home Sales process
- Deliver outstanding customer service through inbound phone calls in accordance with the New Homes Sales training. This includes educating interested parties about products, setting appointments, and answering questions in a professional manner
- Develop, practice, and deliver a good sales presentation consistent with company training
- Responsible for a high level of activity including, but not limited to engaging with new Buyers, following up with interested Buyers, and setting appointments to close
- Attend, provide updates, and actively participate in weekly meetings as scheduled
- Communicate with Sales Manager and present organized information regarding passive and engaged Buyers
- Enter leads, appointments, and all communication into CRM daily
