The Network Planning Analyst is responsible for the creating, analyzing, maintaining, and distribution of aircraft flight schedules.
- Schedule Coordination, Communication and Analysis
- Coordinate schedule with internal and external stakeholders (major partners, stations, crew planning, dispatch and maintenance)
- Analyze large, and various, data sets to ensure the creation of optimal flight schedules
- Maintain schedules with a high degree of accuracy
- Timely distribution of schedules and related reports
- Coordinate schedule change requests with necessary stakeholders
- Use BI tools to effectively summarize and communicate schedule performance based off of various metrics
- Prepare and effectively communicate schedule reports and summaries using business intelligence tools
- Assist in ad hoc projects as needed
- All other duties assigned
- Ability to evaluate and analyze large amounts of data, communicate results, and support recommendations using data
- Near-expert ability with Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Tableau
- Ability to quickly learn multiple software packages
- Exceptional communication (both written and oral), organization, and time management skills
- High degree of focus and attention to detail
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical or business discipline such as Finance, Supply-Chain, etc.

- Knowledge of the airline industry
- Sitting for extended periods of time
