The Network Development Compliance and Programs Manager works within the objective and scope of assigned special projects related to Dealer Development, including hands-on contribution to each project that results in its timely and successful completion. Projects and programs supporting CNHi, North America include, but not limited to:
- Commercial Region, Territory and Dealer assignments within all required CNH systems.
- Dealer financial reporting via BMS.
- Dealer Compliance and Cure management, reporting and tracking
- Provide timely production of all Network Development, commercial and dealer performance reporting, dashboards and portals.
- Serve as a departmental interface with CNH Legal, also interfacing regularly with dealers and company personnel throughout the CNH Industrial organization.
- Collaborate on development of CNHi North American Region distribution analysis and long range planning.
- Support Network Development Team:
- Perform competitive analysis, benchmarking, and report generation for the dealer organization relative to wholegoods market share and/or dealer capabilities, so as to measure the overall effectiveness of dealers.
- Support dealer contractual requirements and actions, dealer mergers and acquisitions, terminations, and improvement actions.
- Assist in the development, execution, and administration of dealer-facing programs and processes, such as Market Development Actions, Network Development Funds, BMS compliance, FLAG, PGP, etc.
- Maintain accurate dealer files; interpretation and documentation of dealer development plans, projects and policies; system maintenance of dealer information; coordination of Dealer Review Board issues and agenda; assist with compilation of monthly reporting metrics.
- Manage dealer signage program for both AG brands to ensure dealer network is in compliance with dealer identity requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting/Finance or related field with 5+ years of experience analyzing data for independent dealer, distributor and/or franchise networks.
- 5 + years of reporting and sales support with wholegoods
- 5+ years of experience with MS Office, (esp. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MapPoint, etc.) comfortable using advanced level techniques and functions for analyzing and manipulating data into other applications, such as mapping software.
The annual salary for this role is $88,000 - $127,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
