Brightspeed has an exciting opportunity for a Network Build Support Agent to join our team! As a Network Build Support Agent your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, data input into various inventory systems, such as TIRKS, EASE, Service Now, Internal Engineering Network Order management, Telephone Number Administration, and Internal Business Office Order support all while focusing on data integrity.

The Network Build Support agent reports directly to the Supervisor of Network Inventory, but will also require daily collaboration with the Network Build Project Manager, Planning, Engineering, Carrier Relations and Field Operations teams.

As the Network Build Support Agent, who supports various functions of the network inventory team your responsibilities will include:

• Collecting project details and submit to third party vendor
• Ordering management functions as it relates to life cycle of Network Infrastructure orders
• Assisting with number inventory management and administration
• Processing internal business office/company official orders
• Performing necessary support duties
• Assisting with projects activities
• Projecting good follow-up skills and client-driven behavior

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

• High school diploma and/or bachelor's degree
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
• Ability to work on tight deadlines
• Coordinating and preparing communications across internal organizations
• Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office suite
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Good follow-up skills and customer focused behavior

• Exposure to the roles and responsibilities of Planning, Engineering and Operations
• Familiarity with Brightspeed’s Network build out plan
• Any previous examples of similar roles/support documents
