YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be working with older adults in our community by helping them with day to day activities so that they can age at home.

You will have a MAJOR impact on their life…helping them with things like bathing and dressing so they can start their day feeling good.

• Preparing nutritious meals for them so that they can have the energy they need to get through the day.
• Being a steady and helping hand when they are walking and transferring to reduce the risk of falls.
• Making sure they are taking their medications.
• Running errands with them.
• Helping with some light housekeeping so that their environment is safe.
• Assisting them with other mental and physical exercises designed to help them improve their health.

While no day is typical in what you do, what is guaranteed is the feeling you will have at the end of the day - that you truly made a difference in someone’s life.
