This position is responsible for the success of Kem Krest’s National Accounts team and will be charged to set, track, and achieve revenue and profitability objectives. This position will support the National Accounts team in their efforts to manage and develop existing relationships and business with current customers and new customers for Kem Krest. This position may be based in the greater Detroit, MI, or Elkhart IN area.

OUTCOME: Manage the National Accounts Team to be successful & exceed customers’ expectations.

  • Create the KPIs to manage this team, and clearly communicate to the team.
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals, revenue targets, and profitability targets.
  • Delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel and coordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople
  • Create and implement analytic reports, complete ad hoc reporting requests, and serve as a subject matter expert on all customer insights.
  • Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team

OUTCOME: Manage Customers’ Programs for Kem Krest

  • Manage the day-to-day commercial relationship of the current customer base
  • Be the voice of the customer to Kem Krest
  • Create and act upon annual customer growth plan(s)
  • Support key stake holders within Kem Krest to improve service levels to our customers
  • Participate in customer events and trade shows as needed
  • Assist Sales team in business development to achieve revenue and profitability targets

OUTCOME: Find New Business Within Current Customers for Kem Krest.

  • Increase sales of existing services and products within current customer base
  • Create and act upon annual customer growth plans that include specific product and program growth plans
  • Assist Sales team in business development to achieve new program opportunities to achieve sales targets

OUTCOME: Prospect New Opportunities for Kem Krest.

  • Increase sales of services and products within new customers
  • Create and act upon annual growth target plans within new customers, industries, etc.
  • Assist Sales team in business development to achieve new program opportunities
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years plus experience in sales leadership
  • 10 years plus experience in account management
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft (Office, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Ability to lead and accomplish projects
  • Ability to work with and build strong relationships with customers and coworker
