Job description

Gurr Brothers Construction is looking to hire multi-skilled tradesmen who work to restore property loss. Projects include residential restoration. The ideal candidate will have experience doing drywall repair and painting.

JOB DUTIES:

• Drywall installation and finish, texture matching, painting (experience in Drywall & Painting is preferred)
• Finish carpentry, trim/base, doors, windows
• Ability to perform repairs so they are not visible
• Work in a clean and tidy manner. Daily clean up. Work areas are often still occupied
• Identify necessary project materials.
• Follow established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
• Support success of the production team by providing excellent and professional carpentry/remodeling skills on every job that ensures it is finished on time and within budget.
• You MUST be hard working, reliable, and have reliable transportation.
• This is a physically demanding job, but very rewarding
• Full time position working 40+ hours per week.

Responsibilities/ Duties

• Attention to detail
• Ability to operate power tools including saws, drills, etc.
• Leave worksite in broom clean condition
• The ability to work with other craftsmen of varying skill level
• Complete task in timely manner
• Will report to work on time and are ready to work
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, cheerfulness and adhere to safety procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $650.00 - $1,200.00 per week
