Job description

l. Exhibit courtesy to all residents and guests.

2. Custodial work entailing sweeping and vacuuming of floors, mopping, dusting, restocking of restrooms, maintaining cleanliness of building, including but not limited to kitchens and bathrooms, supplies and other custodial duties as assigned or required.

3. Lock and unlock facility doors as directed.

4. Check out equipment for specified activity by recording member name, membership number, and obtaining signature.

5. Police the outdoor area around facilities to remove debris and litter, etc. also emptying ashtrays and trash cans as needed.

6. Advise residents/guests of rules and regulations and, as needed, be prepared to enforce these rules and regulations.

7. Attend required training sessions and scheduled meetings.

8. Provide up to date data regarding scheduled functions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.80 - $13.85 per hour
