Your primary objective is to make certain that guests feel welcome and comfortable in our stylish environment. Our Mixologist will ensure that a clean and organized bar is stocked appropriately for the needs of guests and staff. You will also be responsible for creating delicious, unique cocktails using fresh ingredients, as well as adding to our expansive beverage menu. For our Mixologists, perfecting the cocktail is only the beginning! We are also looking for candidates with a passion for personal development and a commitment to understanding our craft.

Responsibilities:

• Mix drinks and cocktails.
• Maintain quality control for the bar.
• Monitor cleanliness of bar and equipment.
• Converse with customers to keep them drinking and happy.
• Grow relationships with distributors and create new business opportunities for the establishment.
• Develop recipes for new drinks; manage the inventory of liquor.
