Red Stick Armature has been in business since 1959, making us the oldest, locally-owned, complete electric motor repair and service shop in the state of Louisiana. We are a growing, striving, and motivated company.

This position works 4-on and 4-off day shifts.

Job Description

Mechanically inclined with ability to use micrometers to measure in tenths. Experience with calipers, indicators, and various industry specific test equipment. Troubleshooting & repair experience. Disassemble/Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, apparatus on rotating equipment using hand tools and power tools; test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using testing devices to ensure compatibility and safety of system; diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. Performs other duties/projects as designated by supervisor, and parameters are indicative to average requirements that are not inclusive based on change in operational, safety, or environmental factors.

Requirements:
Salary depends on experience, very competitive and great benefit package. Several shifts available. Must be able to pass drug and physical test.

Pay: $20.00 - $34.44 per hour
