Entegee Technical is seeking a Mid-Level Plant 3D Piping Designer for a 12-month + contract in New Orleans, LA

*Candidates must be US Citizens/ Green Card Holders and able to work on W2*

Job Description

The candidate will function as a lead designer tasked with drawing and designing P&IDs for a wide variety of projects mainly in the oil/gas sectors.

Job Responsibilities

• Mechanical Designer on a small team of other designers
• Design / Draw P&IDs
• Utilize Plant 3D design software for developing 3D piping designs on a brownfield and greenfield onshore projects.
• Develop general arrangement drawings from the Plant 3D model
• Develop piping sections and detail drawings from the Plant 3D model
• Create reports, line lists, MTOs, etc. from the Plant 3D Library
• Drawing review and checking

Job Qualifications

• 5-15 years of experience as a piping designer
• Proficient with Plant3D and Smart P&IDs
• Experience with Navisworks
• Experience with Plant3D
• Proficient with MS Office applications
