Job Description
MICROBIOLOGY FIELD TECHNICIAN
**

Job Responsibilities
This position requires the Environmental Monitoring Technician to provide onsite services, such as:
- Provide routine on-site sampling of laboratory equipment and manufacturing clean rooms for Customers regulated by the EMA, FDA, and ISO, ensure conformance to established operational specifications;
- Knowledgeable in microbial and chemical sampling techniques for testing: Clean Rooms, Biological Safety Cabinets (BSCs), Water Drops/Loops/Systems, Sampling Tents, Laminar Flow Hoods, Liquid Samples, Gowning, and Personnel;
- Assist in Cleaning Verification Services, Environmental Monitoring, Compressed Gas Testing, and Steam Quality Testing;
- Follow Quantus, Inc. SOPs, Customer Procedures, and industry best practices;
- Build customer relationships by offering help beyond your daily task list, leveraging our company’s knowledge base to support our customers’ calibration and maintenance programs.
Requirements:
- Must be computer literate, MacOS, proficient in Microsoft office, email, and can learn to work within custom database and software applications, to perform routine job duties.
- related experience in the LifeScience Services Industry or related field;
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills, ability to move between task types and remain efficient, show initiative, good planning and organizational skills, look for and pitch process improvements.
- Must be able to lift 50Lbs, work on equipment bending, kneeling, sitting, and/or standing;
- Valid Drivers License
- Travel: Local (typically within 1-2 hours driving radius)
- Must be able to pass a drug and background check
- Location: BLUE BELL, PA
- Annual Salary with Benefits
Compensation: Full-Time Salary (dependent upon related experience and qualifications)

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
