We are searching for a full-time, energetic, hardworking Metal Sorter to join our Laborer team. Ideal candidates will always show up for work on time and will hit the ground running. Safety is our priority! No previous experience in scrap necessary! Applicants with previous scrap handling experience are prioritized.
Job Description:
The Metal Sorter will be working outdoors or in a well-ventilated warehouse setting handling different types of metal. You will be learning about the metal scrap recycling process and safety procedures. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast paced environment and stable workflow throughout the year.
Position Requirements:
- Feel comfortable working outdoors in a ventilated warehouse setting
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, such as extreme heat or cold and/or wet conditions.
- Ability to stand on your feet for extended amounts of time.
- Ability to work with recycled metal.
