Overview:
The Coordinator, Visual Merchandising, will support the LOFT Visual Merchandising team in all tasks and projects pertaining to the creation of the Monthly Visual Merchandising Guidelines and all seasonal studio/showroom setups.
The Coordinator, Visual Merchandising, will support the LOFT Visual Merchandising team in all tasks and projects pertaining to the creation of the Monthly Visual Merchandising Guidelines and all seasonal studio/showroom setups.
Role and Responsibilities:

Support the setup of monthly studio store sets for Loft & Loft Outlet.

Organize and prepare Visual Merchandising elements and tools.

Clean and organize studios before and after setup.

Maintain studios' visual standards in between meetings and appointments.

Support the creation of the Visual Merchandising Guidelines.

Partner with Merchandising teams to create the Monthly Product Planner.

Support the VM team in ordering, tracking, and pulling all product samples.

Work with Marketing, PR, E-commerce, and Sourcing teams to organize, receive and return product samples.

Maintain an organized studio stockroom for easy accessibility; pack and optimize samples and elements.
Experience and Qualifications:

A minimum of 1 year experience working for a fashion-related brand.

Passion for visual merchandising and fashion.

Ability to take direction, multi-task, and manage shifting priorities.

Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency.

Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proactive in anticipating and planning projects.

Has the flexibility and ability to learn quickly.

Strong professional with analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
The target salary for this role is: $25/hr
Actual compensation within that range is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and other job-related factors.
