MORE DEETS ON THE ROLE:
You'll be working within our Customized Living Programs in Saint Paul to oversee the safety and well-being of individuals on site, providing services such as:
- Medication administration
- Assistance with problem solving/additional support
- Documentation of significant happenings throughout your shift
- Completing cleaning tasks within main living areas
- You will work as a team with other advocate staff, housekeeping, home health aides, the Program Director and our RNs to provide a safe living environment for all clients.
SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:
- Part-Time Position: Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Must have availability for evenings and overnights)
- Full-Time Positions: Weekday and Weekends with a Flexible Schedule.
- Starting at $16 - $18 an hour, depending on relevant experience/education
SOME IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree or In Progress, preferred
- Able to pass background check
- Physically mobile and able to lift up to 25lbs and climb stairs
