We are seeking a Member Care Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for speaking with the members by phone/email and taking care of any issue that may arise.
Responsibilities:
- Engage and establish connections with members
- Gather information about member complaints.
- Hitting monthly goals for member retention.
- Developing strategies to retain members.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Connecting with the member and resolving any issue.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of products
- Ability to work as a team
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Quick learner
- Ability to take feedback.
- Customer service experience minimum of 2 years
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
