AWTY Agency is seeking a Remote Meeting and Convention Planner to join our team. This entry-level position will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of various meetings, conferences, and events for our clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly motivated, and has excellent organizational and communication skills. While prior experience is not required, a high school diploma and authorization to work in the USA are necessary. AWTY Agency will provide all necessary training for this position.Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of meetings, conferences, and events
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful event execution
- Conduct research on event locations, vendors, and other relevant information
- Assist with event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and audio-visual needs
- Create and manage event budgets
- Prepare and distribute event materials, such as agendas, invitations, and promotional materials
- Provide on-site support during events, including set-up, registration, and troubleshooting
- Perform post-event evaluations to assess event success and identify areas for improvement
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software
