Job title: Medicare Sales Agent
Location: Dallas TX (75150, 75230, 75214, 75002, 75068, 76021, 76016)
Duration: 6 months (Possible extension)
Nature of the Job: Remote once a week.
Shift time : 8a – 5p

The most important factor is this is a Medicare field sales experience, NOT call centre sales.
They have to have Medicare sales experience, field sales experience and Community/Provider marketing experience. (In-person presentations)

The Medicare Sales Agent will be an ambassador for the *** Health brand and serve as a trusted advisor representing multi-carrier Medicare products within their assigned territory, receiving corporate lead support as well as engaging in community event activity to generate leads and referrals.
In-depth product and sales training provided.

Duties:
Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Medicare insurance sales experience
• Community and Provider Marketing experience
• Medicare portfolio sales experience
• Insurance license as required by state law
• Must be able to staff retail locations as required
• Demonstrated technology literacy in support of sales presentation and lead and enrollment management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Experience:

• Licensed Health Insurance Agent
• Ideally licensed to sell and contracted and Ready-to-Sell (RTS) with multiple Medicare carriers
• Experienced selling Medicare products (e.g., MAPD, DSNP, PDP, Med-Supp, and senior ancillary products)
• Skilled at doing face-to-face selling as well as remote selling using an on-line enrollment tool (training provided for the on-line tool)
• Able to do on-site educational and sales events at locations in their community
• Able to work within compliance of all Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) federal regulations

Education:
Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Licensed Health Insurance Agent
