Our Medical Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and handle incoming phone calls, routing to proper parties or offices if necessary.
• Handle and answer patient inquiries
• Assist patients with forms
• Handle and verify insurances
• Collect co-pays
• Handle appointment cancellations, scheduling, and follow-up reminders, while handling provider schedules.

The Ideal Medical Receptionist will have:

• Medical Office / Reception experience
• EMR experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume patient environment
