DERMATOLOGY PRACTICE SEEKS AN EXPERIENCED MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST TO JOIN OUR TEAM
Keystone Dermatology Partners is a Dermatology practice with offices located in King of Prussia, Northeast Philadelphia (Jeanes Hospital) and Willow Grove, PA. Qualified applicants must have a positive and upbeat attitude and desire to work as part of a team. The candidate must be eager to learn, responsible, hard working, mature, organized and empathetic.
Job Responsibilities:
Enthusiastically greet patients and check them in and out for their visit. Verify insurance eligibility, collect payments, obtain precertifications, check referrals, answer inquiries, relay messages, schedule patients, and perform other duties as needed.
Requirements:
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Minimum 2 years medical office experience
-Exemplary typing/ computer skills
-Exceptional customer service: professional voice and positive attitude
-Must have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel between all three offices as needed. We are currently hiring for two positions- one is located primarily in King of Prussia and the other is primarily in Willow Grove/ Jeanes. Travel between offices for coverage may be necessary. Please do not apply if you are unwilling to travel to all three locations.
