Looking for an enthusiastic team player for busy Chiropractic and Physical Therapy offices in Eldersburg and Owings Mills. We have an opening for a full time Medical Front Desk posistion to become an integral part of our team. Must be customer focused, able to handle multiple interruptions and maintain friendly attitude. About 30-35 hours per week.

Our ideal candidate is a people-person, with excellent organizational and communication skills. The atmosphere is fast-paced: the ability to Multi Task is a must!
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

* Greet patients and check-in/out
* Answer multiple phone lines
* Schedule Appointments
* Collect Co-pays and Co-insurance
* Assist with Insurance/Billing (Verification, Authorizations, payment posting, accounts receivable)
* Open/Close Business Day

Preferred experience in:

  • Data Entry
  • Patient Scheduling

Hours of operation:

Mon: 8:30-12pm & 1:30pm- 6:30pm

Tues: 1:30pm- 6:30pm

Wed: 8:30-12pm & 1:30pm- 6:30pm

Thurs: 1:30pm- 6:30pm

Fri: 8:30am- 12pm & 1:30pm- 4:00pm

Some Saturdays: 7:30am -11
