JMA Pediatrics is looking for a few Front Office Specialists to join our front office teams in our Raleigh, Wake Forest, Cary and Holly Springs offices.

The positions are responsible for:

Greeting patients/family members and assuring accurate and up-to-date patient demographic and insurance verification. Facilitating patient timely completion and documentation of periodic pre-isit screening and assessments. Working with clinical team members to facilitate timely and accurate patient care, while maintaining a very high level of professionalism and patient satisfaction. Support of patient calls and appointment scheduling. Additional positions specializing in Referral Coordination and Medical Records processing.

Qualifications:

2+ years previous front office experience in a medical office environment preferred

Previous experience in customer service, phone etiquette and data entry;

Self-driven and professional;

Excellent typing, written and verbal communication skills;

Attention to detail and accuracy while multitasking;

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
