Position- Medical Physicist
Location- Sylvania, OH
Duration- 13+week
Pay- $50/hr to $150/hr on w2 as per the experience of the candidate
Shift- Day
Guaranteed hours-40
Special Requirements:
Certifications: Completion of CAMPEP approved residency or equivalent upon hire, American Board of Radiology Certification in Therapeutic Medical Physics; or American Board of Medical Physics in Medical Physics; or HDR Brachytherapy Authorized Medical Physicist must meet credentialing criteria required upon hire
Degree(s): Master's degree in Medical Physics from a CAMPEP accredited Program required; or Doctoral/Ph.D. level advanced degree
Equipment: Varian Truebeam, Varian Eclipse, Varian Aria, Accuray Cyberknife, HDR Brachytherapy, IVB, GammaTile, Theraspheres, Align/VisionRT, SRS/SRT/SABR & Varian HyperArc.

Salary: $80.00 - $110.00 per hour

- Sylvania, OH: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Radiation therapy: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- ARRT Certification (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)
