Position Overview for Front Office Supervisor:

Seeking a motivated, outgoing and experienced Medical Office Supervisor with leadership experience to add to our team. Position will provide supervisory skills and oversight to our Raleigh Office, exhibiting a welcoming environment for patients, families, and staff.

Front Office Supervisor Responsibilities:

· Ensuring patient satisfaction and ensuring quality care;

· Management and Facilitation of timely patient flow;

· Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of non-clinical staff;

· Staff development ensure a positive environment that motivates staff, set goals with employees and performs evaluations;

· Monthly/Weekly/Daily Reporting, Microsoft excel, work, access and sql knowledge a plus;

· Collaborates with Front Office supervisory team and managerial team between 6 practice locations.

Essential Functions/Key Competencies of Front Office Supervisor:

· Excel in a multi-task, multiple priorities environment, while maintain accuracy and attention to detail;

· Communicate between departments and location for positive outcomes for patient and employee satisfaction.

· Utilize a wide variety of office technology and tools to collect, enter and process information.

Front Office Supervisor Qualifications:

· Healthcare Administration Degree or 3+ years proven Supervisor or Manager Experience;

· High level proficiency in Excel;

· Ability to communicate professionally at all levels of the organization; both verbal and written.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
