WWMG is a Primary Care and Multi-Specialty group with full-time and part-time openings in our clinics across Snohomish County as well as our our benefitted float pool.
MA duties include but not limited to:

• Rooming patients
• Taking vitals
• Assisting in procedures
• Performing Labs/Injections/EKGs/Spirometry
• EMR documentation
• Refilling prescriptions
• Obtaining insurance prior authorizations
• Completing paperwork as needed
• Phone triage and scheduling when needed
• Reception help as needed

Requirements:

• Reliable, punctual and committed to quality care
• Ability to multi-task and keep pace with provider
• Must be team-minded, friendly, self-driven and able to work independently
• Good communication skills as well as time management and organizational abilities
• Current MA-C certification in Washington State
• Reliable transportation - Travel to multiple locations as needed
• At least one-year experience preferred
• Previous Centricity or other EMR experienced preferred
• Fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
• Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
