About us

We are a well established dermatology practice in the Tampa area. Providers include Michael Scannon MD, Sandy Snyder PA-C and Julie Esquinaldo PA-C.

We are looking for a Medical Assistant to join our dermatology practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing patient care, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with dermatological procedures. The successful candidate should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the medical field and make a difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the physician with patient examinations.
• Perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, filing medical records, and billing patients.
• Prepare and maintain medical equipment and supplies.
• Perform laboratory tests and other diagnostic procedures.
• Provide patient education regarding skin care and dermatology treatments.
• Assist with minor surgical procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
