Prosperity Health, PC is a Michigan based, Integrative, Wellness and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Concierge practice also offering some aesthetics. We are seeking a part-time or full-time Medical Assistant for our Royal Oak location. This position will help us with our continued growth and will cross train to help with front office duties so we can continue to provide top notch care. The Medical Assistant will provide quality service to our patients and support the medical team. We are seeking candidates that can function in a boutique, upscale, professional environment, all while providing dynamic patient and customer service!

Education & Experience:

• Associate Degree or Some College Course Completed.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program a plus but not required.
• 2+ year of recent full time clinical experience.
• Concierge practice or Aesthetics experience a plus.
• Epic and/or Practice Fusion experience a plus.
• Word, Excel and using internet experience is required.
• Able to multi-task between back office and front office when needed.
• Pay commensurate with experience and past job experience.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer service and patients care.
• Check in and check out patients.
• Answering phones and making appointments.
• Use EMR to send messages to doctor and other team members.
• Vital signs.
• Complete intake forms for existing and new patients.
• Triage Patients.
• Room patients for Provider.
• Bloodwork, spinning and sending off samples.
• Assisting doctor with small procedures (Xeomin/Botox/Pellet Insertion (Hormone Pellets).
• Cleaning and sterilizing the trocars, cleaning the autoclave, and running monthly sanitation list.
• Maintaining Pellet log by DEA standards, ordering Pellets from pharmacy as needed.
• Maintain operations by following policies and procedures.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing tasks where needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
