Office has two locations Somerset NJ and Hillsborough NJ. We are professional, agile, social and our goal is to hire someone who is a motivated person for growing Pulmonary Specialist office. Capable of multi tasking, answering multiple phone lines and able to do it with a smile. Our work environment is a Modern office setting. We are paperless. We use Electronic Records.

Position Medical Assistant Duties include:

Front Desk: Greeting office visitors and managing patient intake. Answering and routing incoming calls. Scheduling appointments for patients. Filing medical records and performing other administrative duties as required.

Patient Care: Checking vital signs and assisting with examination. Perform Pulmonary Function Test, Spirometry, Allergy Scratch Sking Test and give injections. Taking medical histories. Explaining treatment procedures to patients. Instructing patients about medication and special diets.

Must be willing to travel twice a week to our Hillsborough office.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
