We are looking for Front office/Medical assistant candidates who;

- Must have at least two years of experience working in urgent care and occupational health services (workers' compensation) clinics.
- Multi-tasking and can function in a busy environment.
- Have excellent communication skills and engage with the patients' treatments.
- Immediate contact with employers after completing the services and send the documents to the employers
-Needs also to cover the front-office part-time
- Billing experience is a plus.
- Have experience and ability to work closely with medical providers, doctors, administer vaccines and other injections, audiogram testing, phlebotomy, EKG, and respirator fit testing, pulmonary function tests.
- Have experience, certificates, and ability to do DOT and Non-DOT drug and alcohol testing.
- Must be Bilingual (Spanish/ English)and able to interpret for the providers
- Excellent communication with payers, insurances, and billing department and send them documents and information they need the same day.
- cleaning the exam rooms and replacing the items that were used
- Getting the medical information (PMH, FH, SH, SH, ROS, vitals, HPI, and more) from the patient and enter on the patient's charts
- Being an excellent team player
Ability to multi-task and pay attention to details

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
