Caregiving for our elderly generation is a fun and rewarding career. As a caregiver, you are responsible for providing daily care to residents (including, but not limited to grooming, care and selection of clothing, cleanliness of clothing, shaving, bathing, oral hygiene, shampooing and curling hair, eating and sleeping, planning daily activities and spending quality time with individual residents). Med passers also provide prescribed medications to residents at scheduled times and will need to be able to make or assist with making simple scheduled meals for dinner.

It is also your responsibility to complete housekeeping tasks (including, but not limited to cleaning bathrooms, washing, drying and folding laundry, making beds, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping). Caregiving in a small home like ours also includes working with a team to stay organized, energetic, compassionate, and welcoming. You will work together to assure compliance to our quality standards to provide excellent performance and service while providing optimal care to our residents.

The right candidate will have a genuine caring for and interest in working with elderly people and convey a positive image of the home, while greeting and accommodating the needs of our visitors and community partnerships. Be prepared to have fun and bring an engaging attitude to work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
