Job description
This position will be responsbile for coordinating and submitting assessments for all residents following RAI guidelines. You will participate in the resident care planning process. Case Management to ensure residents receive the highest level of quality they deserve. While working under the guidance of the Administrator and Regional MDS Consultant.
