Schedule: Monday-Friday between 7:30am -6:30 pm. Flexibility to work 4/10's or 5/8's.
Location: 617 Scoon Rd, Sunnyside WA and 12 S. 8th Street, Yakima, WA

Our Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a team member that is passionate about serving our community of patients and enjoys working in a team! Some technical requirements for this position are:
- Current and unencumbered licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Washington.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check in relation to the position applied for, including sanctions or exclusions lists for participation in federal or state healthcare programs.
- Must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate’s degree plus two years of experience in maternal health nursing.
- Convenient if bilingual in English/Spanish, and /or ability to sign.
Day to Day:
- Provide holistic nursing assessments, counseling and education to moms and babies through clinic and home visits.
- This person provides team-base care alongside primary care providers, dietitians, counselors, pharmacists, and outreach workers.
- Experience or willingness to learn principles of harm reduction a plus.
- This position routinely works with our pediatricians as well as social services team to coordinate maximum services to our county's most vulnerable residents.
- Willingness to mentor student nurses.
- Provide nursing services to special populations, including people experiencing homelessness, and people with limited health literacy.
- Perform related work as requested.
