SUMMARY

The Material Handler is an active, physical role that supports the crafting of the tastiest candies in the world for customers and distributors throughout our network. Utilizing a powered pallet jack, the primary role of this position is to keep the production lines supplied with the required products and packaging materials to support production requirements. Additionally, this role removes the finished product from the lines and helps ensure the proper recording and documentation of goods. You’ll keep busy in a fast-paced production environment as you contribute towards keeping our fans supplied with the most popular sour candies in the world!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Following a provided picklist, accurately pulls products and materials from storage locations and delivers to production line in a timely fashion.

· Prior to transporting finished goods for shipment, ensures accuracy by verifying product and quantities against pallet tag.

· Wraps finished goods after verifying proper documentation and moves to shipping area.

· Completes product documentation forms as required.

· Effectively communicates with internal departments to support production goals.

· Strong desire to achieve while working within and supporting a team environment, doing whatever it takes to help fulfill our customer commitments.

· Adheres to and supports all applicable safety, SQF and GMP practices while performing job duties.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Commitment to work as a team player to consistently reach production goals.

· Steadfast attention to detail.

· Basic familiarity and use of computers and software applications.

· Self-starter, hardworking with a positive, team-centered attitude.

· Ability and desire to stay active, standing and walking most of the shift.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

· There are no supervisory responsibilities with this role.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
