We are a manufacturer and distributor of quality dry ice products located in Houston, Texas. Dry ice is an eco-friendly product used in a variety of industrial and commercial applications including Pharmaceutical, Meat Processing, Industrial Manufacturing, Hospitals, Cleaning & Blasting, Airlines, Food Delivery, Grocery, Food & Beverage, and Retail Distribution. We serve industrial and commercial customers throughout the United States and are adding additional manufacturing and distribution facilities nationwide to meet growing customer demand. Emory’s second production location will be operational in June.

Reporting Structure
The Marketing Specialist reports to the Director of Marketing.
What does a Marketing Specialist do at Emory?
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services
- Execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and print
- Create and manage promotional materials, such as brochures, advertisements, and direct mailings
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust plans as needed
- Design and manage web content, including graphics, videos, and multimedia content
- Assists the Head of Marketing with new website design
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure costs stay within allocated parameters
- Track and report on key metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI
- Understands, develops, and implements strategies to generate high-quality leads via web traffic and targeted marketing campaigns
- Utilize digital marketing tactics to increase brand awareness and lead generation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing efforts are coordinated and aligned with overall business objectives
- Develop and manage relationships with agencies and vendors for marketing projects
- Research and stay up to date on industry trends and the competitive landscape
- Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs
- Develop an understanding of service line strengths and weaknesses through customer interaction and survey creation
- Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows
- Maintain and monitor social media platforms
- Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, the website, blog posts, case studies, and press releases

Minimum Requirements – Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated knowledge of current marketing trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure success
- Experience in managing multiple projects
- Familiarity with a variety of social media platforms
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
- Experience with SEO/SEM, web analytics, and CRM
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other software programs
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
