CitiQuest Properties is looking to hire a highly qualified Marketing Coordinator with a wide range of marketing functions, including videography, photography, advertising, branding, digital marketing, events, and social media. The role will be for someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment and is an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once.
Compensation:$18 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:- Play a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies
- Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization
- Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand
- Maintain our social media platforms including messages to our audience
- Manage and monitor signage design, production, and installation.
- Order and maintain an inventory of signage and promotional materials, ensuring all are stocked while coordinating the creation of new materials as needed while working alongside with graphic designer for branding alignment.
- Planning and executing team workshops, meetings, team events, broker opens and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules, and emailing lists.
- Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated.
- Attend events to capture pictures, videos, etc. (Availability on weekends may be needed at times).
- Provide support to CitiQuest real estate agents as needed.
- Further knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices, and local marketing ideas and tactics with the team.
- Experience with social media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relations
- Advanced knowledge of current market trends
- Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills
- This job is in-office only.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Should understand best practices for content and scheduling.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, including the ability to write for varied contexts, such as promotional, social media, and brochures.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software.
- Familiarity with WordPress for content management systems and understanding the best practices in accessibility for digital media.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and creative thinker with a passion for marketing and Houston real estate, culture, and lifestyle. Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with efficiency, accuracy, and enthusiasm; work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to perform with discretion and integrity; analytical skills, creative problem solving, and ability to make and implement decisions quickly and soundly.
