FoxGuard Solutions, a Framatome company, delivers mission-critical cybersecurity and industrial computing solutions across energy, nuclear, oil & gas, transportation, manufacturing, mining and marine markets. We provide comprehensive cybersecurity services, turnkey design, manufacture, and lifecycle management of industrial Human Machine Interface (HMIs) and SCADA devices for Industrial Control System (ICS) environments. We are a one-stop shop to define, source, integrate and deploy solutions specific to standards and cybersecurity frameworks within OT and IT environments.
We are seeking a Marketing Manager who has a competitive drive, is resilient, and has a desire to both learn and lead- someone who can be a key component in driving growth! One will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans for our cybersecurity and industrial computing business units. Our marketing manager will be responsible for driving lead generation and overall corporate brand awareness using their skills and abilities to understand our business and value proposition. What will you be doing?
- Developing and executing effective marketing campaigns that engage and educate customers, and ultimately drive lead generation and create new sales pipeline
- Analyzing and measuring performance of campaigns, including SEO and SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM Marketing automation, and adjusting to enhance results
- Building awareness, reputation and demand for new and existing products and services, in collaboration partnering with product management, sales, R&D and partners
- Developing and executing go-to-market plans for new product launches, including development of value proposition, messaging, and positioning
- Acting as a partner and thought leader by continually communicating the strategy and impact of the marketing function across multiple stakeholders
- Partnering with the business units to establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events to drive the overall corporate brand
- Creating and managing compelling collaterals to drive traffic, engagement, corporate brand awareness, and customer retention
- Managing website content, including blogs, whitepapers, product specifications and market collateral
- Keeping abreast of activities in target markets to augment existing market penetration strategies
Required Skills
Required Experience
All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this opportunity:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, English or equivalent combination of education and professional marketing experience
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- Self-starter and strategic thinker with the ability to build innovative marketing campaigns, combined with tactical ability to execute simultaneously against multiple competing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good writing and presentation skills
- Flexible, adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and fluid priorities
- Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience
The following may be used to differentiate candidates who apply for this position:
- 8+ years of related experience in marketing, with focus on business marketing strategy planning and communications
- Team-oriented approach, with ability to take initiative prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple projects
- Marketing experience within information technology, cybersecurity, energy, oil & gas, transportation, or manufacturing
- Working knowledge and ability to create and execute multi-touch digital campaigns that drive demand, including social media, web pages, advertising campaigns and PowerPoint presentations
- Current on the latest trends and best practices in marketing
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ClickDimensions Marketing Automation
