Full time, full benefits. Work from Home (WFH) and/or our offices in Ft. Lauderdale, Dallas or Easton, MD. Experienced, proven self-starter who has a broad skillset. Must understand digital marketing, website management, email marketing, snail mail, print advertising, trade shows, webinars and database management.
LPS is the largest advisor in the U.S. helping dentists monetize all or part of their practices. We have advised clients in over $500 million of transactions in the last 12 months. Most of our new clients come from referrals from happy clients, but it is time to accelerate our growth with improved marketing and new lead development. We need a hard-working, Swiss Army knife qualified Marketing Director. We have built a very successful business without a marketing director and this is an opportunity for the right person to take us to the next level. This is not management of people, it is rapid execution of brilliant ideas. Our marketing mantra is: “we will try anything once, and if it works, budget is no object.”
Compensation is negotiable for the right candidate, but starting at $125,000+ healthy bonuses tied to success.
