About this job
Customer Service Representative is responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of our company. Duties include answering phone calls and emails to resolve customer complaints or inquiries. As a brand ambassador of H Mart maintains expert knowledge about company products and services to increase H Mart brand value and customer loyalty.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Resolve customer issues and complaints providing appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner by following the company guidelines and policies
- Answering and placing customer service phone calls and escalates queries and concerns to the respective store
- Answer customer questions and inquiries received through Social Media such as Google, Facebook, yelp, WeChat
- Analyze marketing data through Reports, emails and Google review.
- Help develop marketing strategies and apply them in order to improve every aspects of H Mart customer service and Brand
- Previous customer service experience or related experience preferred
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Basic computer skills
- Must be bilingual Korean and English.
