Job description
The Marketing Coordinator will support corporate marketing initiatives such as website management, tradeshow and event coordination, social media management, content distribution/creation and digital marketing. This role will require strong communication skills, the ability to execute multiple projects, and collaborate cross-functionally across departments, locations, and countries.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with vendor on lead campaign setup, tracking, leads, and reporting
- Create and publish LinkedIn content to increase engagement and followers
- Organize marketing content/assets (brochures, photos, videos, etc.) for sales teams
- Support of all tradeshows with promotion, scheduling, orders, setup, etc.
- Update of company templates/other for brand alignment
- Creation of content, both written and visual to support company initiatives
- Work with vendor to coordinate website content and SEO improvements
- Support recruiting manager with social media graphics and posts
- Work with Purchasing on the management of company promotional items (shirts, giveaways, etc.)
- Assist with photo/video shoots, both internal and external
- Support sales requests with marketing materials
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in fast paced environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
- Self-starter able to independently move projects forward
- Knowledge of current trends in social media, specifically LinkedIn
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Skilled in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/AND OR TRAINING:
Bachelors degree and/or equivalent marketing experience
Marketing experience in manufacturing or related industry a plus
