The Marketing Operations team focuses on the technology, processes and people that drive the health of our Marketing ecosystem. As a small-but-mighty team, they own several high-visibility platforms and initiatives within Marketing, and are seeking a driven, tech-savvy Marketing Automation Specialist.

Reporting to our Vice President of Marketing Operations, the Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for working with our Marketing Automation platform and MarTech stack while delivering, consulting, designing, building, analyzing, and optimizing of B2B and B2C campaigns.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work; is passionate about efficiency; and wants to take ownership of their initiatives. We need a key contributor that has a positive energy, innovative spirit and isn't afraid to ask questions or make recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Create and disseminate email campaigns, including drip and nurture campaigns, that optimize engagement and minimize unsubscribes.
  • Collaborate to develop the marketing automation roadmap and strategy that is data-driven and aligned with the overarching business roadmap to achieve goals
  • Develop and implement new techniques and personalization strategies to improve customer loyalty, and conversion and ultimately drive revenue and order frequency
  • Ensure the creation of data segmentation filters, groups, and distribution lists for campaigns, lead scoring and nurture programs for prospect segmentations that will minimize lead fatigue and opt-outs
  • Assist in Marketing Automation system maintenance, configuration, improvements, and implementation of best practices.
  • Create and deliver reporting of KPI’s, analyze campaign performance, make recommendations, and implement improvements.
  • Support performance marketing initiatives including lead scoring, attribution, segmentation, and analytics.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms (MCAE/Pardot preferred)
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong analytical mindset utilizing tools such as Microsoft Excel and other BI tools
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • A data-driven and process-oriented mindset
  • Ability to learn new platforms and processes quickly is a must
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS
  • Excellent quantitative skills with an ability to identify trends/insights from data and make recommendations
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including email and marketing industry standards, CCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM laws, content creation, audience segmentation and targeting, knowledge of dynamic content and campaign automation.
