Immediately hiring! Marketing and Admissions Director - Long-term Care

As the Marketing and Admissions Director at Spring Creek you will act as the initial contact with discharge planners, families, or responsible parties to initiate tours of our prestigious skilled-mnursing facility. The Marketing and Admissions Director will also be responsible for actively marketing the facility within the community and to outside referral sources.

Essential Functions

• Manage inquiry process.
• Handle inquiry calls from hospitals, families, etc., and provide appointments that include a presentation, tour and closing.
• Maintain updated bed ability and facility services information.
• Makes sales calls outside the facility to medical, insurance, legal and financial professionals, senior organizations, appropriate special interest groups, hospital discharge planners and other community contacts.
• Create facility materials such as press releases, brochures, and advertisements.
• Maintain a working knowledge of Federal and state regulations and reimbursement.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital accounts.
• Perform sales and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.

What you would bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university, or 3+ years of experience in Marketing/Admissions in a healthcare setting required
• Experience in long-term care highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,263.92 - $104,894.33 per year
