Position Summary

The Manufacturing Production Staff is a non-exempt position, responsible for controlling inventory in the warehouse while handling incoming and outgoing cargos or any other logistics related duties. Inventory should be handled accordance to safety regulations. While the position has one warehouse staff reporting to the manager, the Manufacturing Production Assistant should be capable of handling warehouse in case the staff is absent. This position also required to handle order and purchase logistics matters by communicating with customers and vendors. This position must coordinate with other departments to ensure the company runs smoothly.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum experience of 5 year in manufacturer’s operation can substitute above.

• Able to work with a fast-paced changing environment and be flexible with the changes.

• Able to work as part of a team.

• Able to problem solve.

• Well organized and detail oriented.

• Good understanding of how Manufacturing production equipment works

• Ability to detect potential problems with machinery or defect raw ingredients

• Ability to lift heavy loads and transfer them manually

• Good communication skill

Specific Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment

• Scale and prepare raw ingredients prior to production accurately

• Mix raw ingredients in the tank

• Organize and sort raw ingredients and packages

• Meet the deadlines of individual production tasks during shift

• Report defective products or machinery

• Report deficiencies in products or raw materials

• Keep the workspace clean and tidy

• Keep equipment in good condition and store them in organized manner

• Follow production manual

• Report production status in timely manner

• Transfer raw ingredients from one place to another

• Cleaning and sanitizing the production area

• Follow the company’s safety and quality guidelines
